This ad campaign strived to educate the public on Ohio's job market, enticing people to seek employment and start new businesses. I had the opportunity to bring these statistics to life, with an overarching design language. Ohio needed to stand out and catch attention with bold colors and screen-filling scale. 

This project included separate videos geared towards the general public and employers, as well a group focused on quality of life in Ohio. Each category came with shortened versions, and included ratios fit for social media.
