The pitch for this project involved multiple proposals from employees at First Fight along with freelance graphic designers, and out of all of them Volkswagen chose mine to move forward with. They wanted a fresh design style that stood apart from previous work, so I was very excited to be the person trusted in expanding their brand. To break away from their solid blue and white traditional look, I incorporated splashes of red and teal. The simple circle animations help elevate the instructions in a playful way, which Volkswagen really appreciated.
